How do I volunteer?

Since we are serving food and alcohol, a TABC certification and Food Handler's card are required. Fortunately, you can do it online, is really quick, and Balcones has prepaid for it!!

Here are the exact steps to work at the stadium. Please follow them in order!!

Complete the Levy orientation video digitally. - https://npo-training.videoshowcase.net/login

1. 1. Levy Training & Acknowledgments Required annually.

   2. Save certificate to upload​

   1. Download PDF & fill in blue boxes

   2. Acknowledgments to sign:

      1. Health Reporting Agreement

      2. Policy and Training Acknowledgement

   3. Save completed version to upload

3. Go to www.TABCFAST.com to get your TABC and Food Handler certification classes completed.

   • Make sure and contact the President of BYS, Jonathan Stilley, to get your prepaid code for the classes.

   • Don't forget to download your certificate of completion from each. You will need them later to upload to your Levy portal.

   1. Once you have completed the Levy Orientation Video + Paperwork, please upload the following:

      1. Levy Orientation Video Certificate of Completion

      2. Volunteer, Temp, Subcontractor Orientation Paperwork 2023

      3. TABC

      4. Food Handler's Certificate​

Check-in & Set-up:

• You will be provided a Q2 shirt and hat that you get to keep!!

• You have to wear Pants/shorts that are solid black and must be at least finger-tip length – no short shorts.

• Shoes must be closed toed - no sandals
